Aphrodite's Parents
Even though some claim Aphrodite was born from the sea foam, she was still adopted by Zeus, meaning she had a father. Others claim she was the daughter of Zeus and Dione, meaning then she would also have a mother! Aphrodite's parents were very important, well, atleast Zeus! Because of him she was quickly ,married off to The God of Fire, Hephaistos. This started a lot more than planned.

Aphrodite's Husband
Even though she was married to Hephaistos, God of Fire, Aphrodite still had many lovers. But, Hephaistos still played a very important in Aphrodite's life. He made many beautiful gifts, including a girdle woven of gold and magic. This made Aphrodite even more irresistable than she already was. With this, she made many lovers, and also gave more reason for other goddesses to be jealous and envious!

Eros, Son of Aphrodite
Eros is the son of Aphrodite and Ares. He is Aphrodite's most well known child, and is similar to Cupid, for he is The God of Love. He also, like Cupid, uses arrows and hits victims who will fall in love with the first person they see. Eros and Aphrodite made a great duo, and created many loves, such as Uranus and Gaia. Likewise, this also destroyed other relationships.

Ares, Aphrodite's Secret Lover
Ares is the God of War. He was also Aphrodite's secret lover, and had many children. Some included Eros, God of Love. He made many relationships happen, which led to more important Gods and Goddesses.
